i have not needed it yet, though have been to a few sad funerals. i do think that if i lost my husband or children ,that i may need help. i am sure i will find it hard to cope initially, but being the stubborn peron that i am ,i would find it difficult at first to ask for help.
people do grieve differently and i think some can benefit from support.
i recently lost my grandad in feb my nan in march and my dad died suddenly in april i am still a bit of a wreck at times i wasnt offered any support from anyone so i suppose it depends where you live what you get offered as for where i am it is non existant but if offered i would take it just to see what help they have to offer
